The code necessary to register the PC will be sent to your mobile device where KakaoTalk was previously installed. Once you receive the code, enter it in the PC version of KakaoTalk and then you will have the possibility of using it. You can register a maximum of 5 devices.
You can't create an account on PC. You need to use the application on the mobile phone to create an account then you can use it to log-in on the PC platform. You can download the PC version from the following URL: http://app.pc.kakao.com/talk/win32/KakaoTalk_Setup.exe
